Alcohol Policy
Alcohol Age Verification Policy
Effective 14/10/2025
Initial version compliant with French law
Clause 1
Legal Drinking Age
The legal drinking age in France is 18 years. It is illegal to sell or supply alcoholic beverages to anyone under this age. AperoGo strictly enforces this requirement.
Clause 2
Verification at Order
When creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. By placing an order containing alcohol, you reaffirm this declaration.
Clause 3
Verification at Delivery
Our delivery personnel are required to verify your age using valid photographic identification (passport, national ID card, driver's license). If you cannot provide valid ID or appear under 18, the delivery will be refused and no refund will be issued.
Clause 4
Challenge 25 Policy
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you look under 25 years old, our delivery drivers will ask for ID to verify you are over 18.
Clause 5
Responsible Service
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to anyone who appears intoxicated, regardless of age. We promote responsible drinking in accordance with Loi Évin and French alcohol service regulations.
