  1. Clause 1

    Age Verification

    You must be 18 years or older to use AperoGo. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in France. Our delivery drivers will verify your age upon delivery and may refuse service if you cannot provide valid identification.

  2. Clause 2

    Service Description

    AperoGo provides on-demand delivery of alcoholic beverages from local restaurants and bars in alpine resort areas. Orders are processed through our platform and fulfilled by partner establishments with their own delivery services or AperoGo drivers.

  3. Clause 3

    Order Limitations

    You may only have one active order at a time. A new order cannot be placed until your current order is marked as delivered or cancelled. This policy ensures efficient service and prevents logistical complications.

  4. Clause 4

    Payment Terms

    Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize AperoGo to charge your payment method for the total order amount including delivery fees. All prices are in Euros (EUR). Payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, except in cases of non-delivery or defective products.

  5. Clause 5

    Delivery Terms

    Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on demand, weather, and availability. You must be present at the delivery address to receive your order and provide valid identification. Orders left unattended will not be delivered.

  6. Clause 6

    Cancellation and Refunds

    Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if preparation has begun. Refunds for valid cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days.

  7. Clause 7

    Responsible Service

    AperoGo and our partner restaurants reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately. We promote responsible drinking and comply with all French alcohol service regulations.
